I'm convinced that your hair has value and that it deserves to be recognized.
Hello! My name is Cynthia.
From a very young age, I realized that a woman’s hair is a powerful symbol of her femininity. So my relationship with my hair was going great!
Until the day when...
I'm a mobile hairstylist and, above all, passionate about everything related to hair. Here's my story...
I decided to get my hair straightened! Ouch, ouch, ouch! Not because I’m self-conscious about my natural hair, but more for practical reasons...
Having to style my hair every morning before class was a challenge with my natural hair. So, straightening my hair seemed like the “logical solution” at the time.
After my first time getting my hair straightened, “because once you start, it’s hard to stop, right?”
I felt like I had “solved” my problem. In reality...
Over time, I've seen my hair change—and my relationship with it, too. And that change wasn't for the better.
I was annoyed, frustrated, and disappointed by what my hair had become. Every time I stood in front of the mirror, it was hard for me. I didn't love my hair as much anymore.
So I decided to go back to my natural hair. But even then... I ran into some hair problems: breakage, regrowth that was hard to style... So I started to really question things...
So I'm taking a serious look at how to care for my hair and style it. I'm exploring, learning, and educating myself...
I've noticed something: Even when left natural, certain styling techniques can be just as damaging to your hair as chemical straightening.
One thing that's very important to me is RESPECT for the hair and its WELL-BEING.
When will deliverance come!
That's how my hair comes back to life—and so does my relationship with it. The results are there for all to see! Since I find myself, to my chagrin, having to...
To style the hair of and offer advice to the women in my circle who have the same issues.
And definitely! I'm really into it!
From there...
I firmly believe that every woman should be able to give her hair the care it deserves.
And that’s how I decided to put the skills and knowledge I gained during my hair journey to use.
For all those women who, like me in the past, are currently struggling with their hair.
And ever since then, I’ve been helping women discover and explore their hair’s potential—and let their femininity shine through their hairstyles.
That was my story. Thank you! For reading all the way to the end.
And until then, be proud of your hair!
